  2. What if I need to change my order? Once an order is placed, we start processing it immediately. If you need to make a change, contact us at domyvonneluxe@domyvonne.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate.
  3. Do you offer exchanges or returns? We do not offer exchanges or returns. All sales are final.
  4. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! Please note that international shipments may incur additional customs fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.
  5. Can I cancel my order? Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel, please contact our customer service team at domyvonneluxe@domyvonne.com as soon as possible.

  8. Can I request a custom size or design? Currently, we do not offer custom sizes or designs. However, our collections are designed to provide a versatile fit, and we're always expanding our size range.
  9. How do I care for my Dom Yvonne pieces? Our pieces are crafted with high quality materials. We recommend following the care instructions on each garment's label. For leather items, we advise professional cleaning only.
